1/2 of a grass fed beef available. Our animals are rotationally grazed throughout our small family farm never needing dewormers. We believe in following natures example giving us the healthiest possible animals and therefore meat. 
The price for the  steer is $4.00 per pound hanging weight with hanging weight averaging from 150-250 pounds for 1/2  of a beef. This price does not include processing. Processing will range depending on desired cuts and per Baumans price is $100 fee and  ~$1 per pound processing. 
Steer will be delivered to Baumans Butcher Block Dec 31st. Beef will be available for pick up at Baumans Butcher Block in January or possibly February depending on processing time.  Price of steer is due after hanging weight is acquired with deposit going towards final bill.  Butcher processing amount to be paid at time of beef pick up.
